According to a three year study on trial communication styles, we've learned that nearly 7 out of 12 potential jurors are spatial (visual) learners. That means nearly 60% of individuals need visual media to assist in understanding and retaining critical points.

An additional study has found that memory retention is increased by 650% when visual media is combined with oral communication. For this reason, exhibit boards are an indispensable tool in communication of evidence.
